About Us

The Mango Café & Bakeshop is home for mango lovers. We incorporate the freshest carabao mangoes into all sorts of desserts and pastries, from cakes to kakanin. Because like many Filipinos, we can’t get enough of this sweet and juicy fruit!

Did you know?

Mango is the national fruit of the Philippines. In fact, the sweetest variety in the world can be found in this tropical country, according to the 1995 Guinness World Records. 


In Zambales, a fun festival called the Dinamulag Mango Festival is being held annually to celebrate the bountiful harvest of the popular fruit. 

Mangoes are being grown on over seven million trees in the Philippines and are being exported to different parts of the world. 

As a company, our mission is to make more and more people fall in love with this delicious fruit while supporting the livelihood of thousands of filipino farmers. 


In addition, part of our advocacy is to help our carabao mangoes reach more global markets and this could be done by ensuring that there is good quality, reliable supply and steady pricing.

In order to do this, we have to help our farmers adopt additional and better farm protocols, techniques such as pruning the trees, use of fogging machines, quality bagging, proper harvest methods and post- harvest activities with use of hot water treatment and/or vapor heat treatment.

To add value to the mangoes, we will use the Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) processing activity together with cold storage and controlled atmosphere rooms.


We will source our fresh mangoes from all over the Philippines and help build more markets for the farmers to sell their mangoes domestically and internationally.
